集(ji)束架空絕(jue)緣電纜是在借(jie)鑒(jian)國外(wai)絞合式絕(jue)緣導(dao)線(xian)(xian)束應用的(de)基礎上,通過(guo)在導(dao)線(xian)(xian)的(de)制(zhi)造工藝(yi)和(he)結(jie)構方面進行(xing)改(gai)進而形成(cheng)的(de)新型導(dao)線(xian)(xian)材料。具有耐候性、抗日光老(lao)化。架設方便、線(xian)(xian)損(sun)低、無漏電、安(an)全可靠等優點。在農村低壓電網中有廣闊的(de)前途。
采用集束導線的供電模式可以很好地解決以往低壓配電模式中存在(zai)的缺陷,
a、從集束(shu)導(dao)(dao)線的自(zi)身特點上(shang)看,集束(shu)導(dao)(dao)線具有擴(kuo)容功能,其載(zai)流量(liang)比(bi)常(chang)規(gui)導(dao)(dao)線高,而由(you)于整(zheng)個低壓配電(dian)網均(jun)采用三(san)相四(si)線制,那么(me)在輸送同(tong)等的電(dian)力容量(liang)時集束(shu)導(dao)(dao)線的截面也(ye)按照(zhao)常(chang)規(gui)設計截面可減少一(yi)個檔次。
b、采用集束導線(xian)(xian)模(mo)式,可以很簡單(dan)地(di)實現三相(xiang)(xiang)四線(xian)(xian)制供電到每個(ge)計量(liang)點(dian)在各計量(liang)點(dian)中(zhong)平均分配用電戶,使三相(xiang)(xiang)負荷(he)最大限度地(di)趨于平衡,零線(xian)(xian)電流趨于最小(xiao)。這樣(yang)有效(xiao)的(de)提高變壓(ya)器的(de)利用率(lv),有效(xiao)地(di)抑(yi)制中(zhong)性點(dian)的(de)位移,降低網損。
C、集束導線優(you)于(yu)絞合(he)式(shi)絕(jue)(jue)緣線,一是(shi)因為絞合(he)式(shi)絕(jue)(jue)緣線實際(ji)長度大(da),增加了成(cheng)本(ben);二是(shi)由于(yu)絞合(he)式(shi)絕(jue)(jue)緣線的(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣是(shi)受(shou)壓的(de),相線、零線的(de)位置(zhi)都不是(shi)固定的(de),不易分(fen)辨(bian),特(te)別(bie)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)干線與分(fen)支、分(fen)支與接(jie)戶線在(zai)(zai)張力狀態(tai)下是(shi)很難接(jie)引的(de)。
平(ping)行集束導線(xian)采用三相四線(xian)供電(dian)(dian),使配變三相負(fu)荷不(bu)平(ping)衡度降至極小,減(jian)小中性(xing)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)流,從(cong)而(er)降低(di)電(dian)(dian)阻損耗。由于采用緊密(mi)型對稱分裂結構,使導線(xian)的(de)電(dian)(dian)感降低(di),加(jia)大線(xian)間(jian)介電(dian)(dian)常數,電(dian)(dian)容(rong)量增(zeng)加(jia),使電(dian)(dian)路電(dian)(dian)抗大幅度降低(di),最終實現擴容(rong)降損的(de)目的(de)。
